Best advice you always give is keep aware of your surroundings. One of the first things we trained on in the Military. In civilian life I always told my Wife and young children to always look about. Many crimes are crimes of opportunity. No matter where you are there is someone blending in but watching, watching for the elderly lady or a Mom with babies either coming out of a store or sitting in a car alone at the store parking lot. I never let my Wife and kids sit in the car while I ran in "quick" to a store, to easy of a mark. Be aware of your surroundings, best way to stay out of trouble is not get into it. Great Stuff Brother.

If a creep/pervert already has his hands/arm on the victim….the chances are he is fairly COMMITTED. And likely he'll be with his "fellow creeps. Thos moves will just make him (them) amp up their attack….sadly if already at this point it's kind of "too late". What was going to happen will….remember faces, hair styles, clotihning they wore…..if you strt to put up a fight (if she) the aggressor will likely take it to that next level….

Woemen/girls instead would be better served to wor on "situational awareness" e.g. never walk to car alone espeialy at night if c ar is parked in a quiet space….walk in groups whenever possible….if shopping get sales clerk male or female to walk girl/woman to car…don't assume it will neve rhappen….though….attacks usually happen "hot women/girls"…..THEY are the one's who need to be AWARE…

Most girls/women will be too frozen in fear to reat….they'll forget all those moves so fast…99-100 perent have NEVER been in a real "situation"……(same for guys in real situations)….everyone gets scared the "..first time in the ring"…even pro-boxers in their first pro fight in a stadium with 20,000 screaming fans..many loose…

Great set of self-defense moves, and with a lot of repetition under pressure are effective moves every woman should know! Love your Martial Arts series of short tips, Guro Kevin (We have a common friend from South-Western Canada)

๐Ÿ‘Nice sensei ! But these technicks should be trained regular because by an unexpected aggression most of untrained peoples will panic and forget these. I remind my wife a lot in that case : nuts, knees, shinbone, troth, eyes and crush the feet. ๐Ÿค” If the woman has your ( it's also mine ) haircut nobody can grab it and a collar with studs will prevent grabbing the neck… Nah over the top i guess๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ช
