A roundhouse kick can be very useful in a Self Defense situation. Often I’ll suggest to avoid kicking to prevent the risk of being knocked off balance. However, a roundhouse kick done with these tips can do the damage you need to get away.

I LOVE front round house and hook kicks. When I was younger and before my military injuries lol, it was my go to kick to set up for back fists, punches, ridge hand followed by a spinning hook kick IF I had room LOL

For street a roundhouse is far to risky. If someone sticks there knee into your kick you could break your shin. Then you lose. Not a practical technique.

Muay Thai also has a flicking motion in the kick, but it's more like a whip than a flick, and that's exactly what makes it generate more power than a tkd kick. other than that, it's just pivoting on the ball of your foot and turning the hip all the way over.

I happened to come across your channel, and I have found it to be pretty cool! I practice on mostly HAPKIDO wrist locks. It would be great to see you teach us a poweful wrist or joint lock, self-defense maneuver. Thanx for your channel… #SUBSCRIBED 🥋

2 straight punches followed by 2 lead leg hook kicks followed by the step over spinning hook kick would do the job on the streets

Удары ногами на улице слабо эффективны, разве что если вы не супер профи, а таких мало. Если даже бьешь лоу кик противнику достаточно поднять ногу и ударяющий попадет голенью в колено. Все, бой проигран. Поэтому аккуратнее

Question being should we avoid Ether Power Racks at gyms and stick to Harrington Racks in-home.😅

You truly can literally "feel" the opening and its timing after a while and I dont like kicking all that much. More a knees and elbows while in the box type dude but with your distance and delivery time locked down, its a hell of a tool to have in your arsenal 👍👍
Really appreciate in your guides you teach self defense minded as well as the technique explained so it can be used equally as well in a street scenario or just as well in a competition. 🙏

What kind of a maniac slaps the slushy out of the hand of this guy on the street. 😆 Expect retaliation for that sort of stupidity for sure lol. Pure masochism right there.
