Umm it doesn’t look like he is the victim instead it looks as if he’s trying to assault the driver.
Based on the narrative, the guy who shot him was a jerk inside the gas station towards the other customers, and when somebody confronted him, he pulls a gun and shoots. Sounds like the jerk in the car set that whole situation up and used that as an excuse to shoot someone, and that's why he needs to go to jail. He provoked the entire situation because he was armed. Coward.

guys the girly dude was trying to sell weed to the white shirts daughter. You can hear it in the video. As a father your a protector and go after those demons that arise. Looks like dude in the white may have been carrying also. At the 0:59 mark, he stops and unzips his bag, looks to me like he was preparing himself too. Defiantly the aggressor in this situation, but car should have fled. I assume this dude gets an attempted murder charge when caught.
