Lol, try this with someone who's trying to stab you, who's not your pupil that practically hands you the knife. Kinda dangerous and irresponsible to tell random people to try this stuff. Also legally questionable to go for the persons throat after disarming them, maybe the only option in some combat situations but if someone disarms his agressive neighbour (which is still pretty unlikely with this technique) they possibly shouldn't slit their throat afterwards.
