And then…… murder charge for caving the guys head in.. NEVER snag a guy across the head with a weapon you took from them.. smash them anywhere but the head because when you kill them they will be considered unarmed and that is a murder charge.. manslaughter at the very least

Loved this video. Some may say why? Every situation is different, one may never see a situation like this but playing soft ball years ago I did when two guys fell out over a game and one approached the other holding the bat like this.
