When I was 11 years old, my brother achieved black belt in judo at Michigan state university in 1972.
From the time I was 8, he taught me all sorts of cool stuff and beat my ass.
As a teenager and young adult I used those skill in 4 fights I can remember. I was never a tuff guy or looked for altercations…but defended myself
That training early Served me well!

Key to any of these pick up throw things is to drop elevation. They can't pick you up quick enough when you do that.
