    Kevin
There is one , maybe the most important , aspect of fighting about which almost no-one talks.
    The psychological aspect.
People are taught fighting techniques but when it comes to real fighting… they forget them, freeze, their mind goes blank.
So they have the "weapon" but cannot use it.
The same was in WW2 where about 1 in 4 US marines "froze" in trenches in fear, unable to fight even though they had the training and a gun it their hands.
This data is from a psychology book I have, U of Chicago, 1990.

Nice video. Just because you’ve been in a few fights doesn’t mean you’ve been in a real fight. Study, Exercise, read Bible & pray; stay vigilant, strapped & dangerous.

I always remember what what Miyagi said on Karate Kid when he said the best way to avoid a bad situation is "to not be there." Even though it was a movie, it's sound advice but not always plausible. People will cross the line and attack especially if they see you as prey. I like this channel because it is important (especially for the underdog) to learn some techniques on how to defend themselves, and this channel does it very well, and in a way that is easy to learn and remember. Thanks for helping folks out!! Respect! 🕶

I got so mad one time at my dumb self and punched myself so hard in the face that I gave myself a black eye. Everyone should train in this way.
