Guillotine (Mae Hadaka Jime) works when done right. We had small fighting group at work. A 250lbs body builder was crushing us. Then I showed guillotine to 150lbs guy. After putting him in choke 3-4 times, body bulder (otherwise super nice guy) stopped charging. For proper choke, the key is to have tight legs squeeze, push feet straight and move shoulders like laying down (trying to streighten up body) to extend opponent and apply pressure. As done here, it would hold guy but probably not choke. With adrenaline running, it could hurt a bit.
There is no way a girl or a little boy will have the power to choke a grown man even if they apply perfect technique
