you are damn near dead. a thug that's willing to hold a firearm to your head is 90% desperate enough to kill you. yes this move is a risk but probably your best chance. even if it only takes you from fatal head wound to a graze you come out better. horrible situation to think about being in. better to think about how you got in it in the first place. you must always be aware of your surroundings. where did this thug come from? are you somewhere you shouldn't be in this day and age. if you feel threatened? duck and pull out your weapon and be ready!! I'd rather have to defend myself in court for a brandishing charge then die of a head shot!!
