We do this to each other in the swimming pool and it’s basically impossible to escape because you have limited air as well

Alternatively, put your arms straight up, bend your knees, drop your body weight into a squat. You are free…to throw a reverse kick into your opponent from a sprinter's ready position and then sprint away….since you're in the sprinter ready position and your opponent is busy looking for their kneecaps….tips from a tiny guy.

Only problem with this technique is most people who will use it on you are very strong and will rag doll you around….same with most chokes…I know cause it’s my go to to keep it locked in or sink it deeper

I hate when I’m out grocery shopping and once again find myself randomly in a full Nelson. Thanks for the practical advice 👍

This one time a guy who weighed 50 more pounds then me (I weighed 170 at the time) got me in a full Nelson and how I escaped was bending over to grab his leg and flip him by rolling forward. This one is less technical, fast to execute, but will definitely cause a scene. However, you should learn multiple ways to deal with various of situations including the one in this video 😉
