Don’t agree with this technique. If the guys any good at all, he’ll release the headlock turn and mount you. You’re falling with him falling on you. In wrestling they teach a different way and is very hard to counter once blocks are in place and you’re in motion. Step around in front then sit and roll. Your body blocks him from posting up and the momentum will give you mount position. Very hard to stop once your positioned right.
