Not having a size advantage can be a tough place to be in a self defense situation. Which is another reason to put in some time to your training, knowing the right techniques and body mechanics will help level the playing field and may even give you the upper hand in an attack.

Self Defense with Kevin Goat – Sifu Kevin Goat will teach you real world self defence training and techniques using his 30+ years of martial arts experience.

Now show us how to do it for real on someone larger than yourself, or have the shorter guy do it on you. Otherwise, you're just click-baiting.

I don't see myself going down like that, when he drops me down and turns ,I wouldn't just go down, i would step with it,instead of just falling

Not much of a wrestler these kind of turning and pulling takedowns always came out as best and easiest alternative for me when training with fighters from different grappling arts.
