The news story says robber had a gun and was probably responsible for other robberies in the area. Shot twice in the upper body and police found him in critical condition, and arrested his accomplice at the scene as well. Drive thru customer took 2 horrible people off the streets, but his burger was cold.

Even though the defender may have been exercising his 2nd amendment rights without the permission of the state, he did the right thing and protected the innocent victims. He should not be charged even if he was found. It's not our fault that the government decided to put a price tag on our God given 2A rights just to make sure they get a payday for it. We're not supposed to need a permission slip. Well done defender!
Let the robber have the couple hundred dollars. Store has insurance coverage for theft and robbery. No big loss. Bad guy gets caught sooner or later.

Haha I worked down the street from here and met this robber once 🤣 The “good guy” in this one at a taco/burger shop at 1am was probably a gang member in the area who was likely just more pissed that someone was making him wait for his food 🤣

in todays society it can be scary to call the police. so many have called cops just for the cops to come up to the caller and using their .im better than you..attitude,and start demanding you do this and that..you end up walking away feeling like you did the crime..so i can understand why someone would flee
I heard the guy in the Drive-Thru didn't even know a place was getting robbed. He was just pissed off because that cup was talking shit about his mama on Facebook.
