I do not understand why the cop did not shoot him. The guy pulled a gun !
I would define that as attempted murder
Yep it just slipped out. That was lucky for both.
10 years for a failed murder 🤔
I would have emptied my clip in his brain pan. Don't be pulling a gun on me fool
Yah I think you missed something John. He didn’t drop that gun on purpose. I think he messed up on his draw. I think this might have been a different ending if he secured his draw. I think the cop had someone watching over him on that night
First time I've seen an officer carrying a Springfield XD/XDM
Dummy was lucky he dropped the gun and thank god the officer wasn’t hurt
Glad he didn’t watch the channel and learn to work on his draw!
I think the trigger discipline was appropriate. I’m not 100% sure but I think they train something like “Off target, off trigger.” and technically he was on target.
He might have a heavy trigger. My 38 (backup) has one.
The perp went for his gun, the guy is lucky to be alive.
You're telling me dangerous, violent criminals don't obey gun laws? Not even when you make them stricter?
holy shit.
Oops!!!! But his mess up saved his life cause he could have shot as soon as he pulled it out or tried to…..
No one wants to comply and they wonder why they get shot.
Officer "Marvin Pullover" confronts perps "Bud McDerp" and "Dum Bish' outside of "Terry Alright's" house.
This kid knew he would be patted-down, and be found with a gun on him .
..so he tried to ditch it…
that wasn't going to work..so he pulled it out and pointed it …bad Idea .
If the punk had more training, this encounter would have went south real fast
He is one of the very few to pull a gun on an officer and not get shot. Good thing he didn't get a full grip on that gun when he pulled it. What a moron.
This is not aggravated assault this is attempt to murder a cop on duty, are the judges kidding me ?!!!!
Both of them were extremely lucky on this one. Crazy!
God joined the chat with that "chill bro"
it didn't come out okay for the tax payer
Im sorry but that time he bent over and tried to retrieve the gun woulda been his last moment if that were me.
#1 thing I hate about AIWB is needing two hands for that rocket-fast draw.
They heard me pucker in the other room. Nice little diamond tho
Justice except now we pay for the repeat offenders to do it again after they get out
even if he didn’t drop the gun i still think the officer would of came out on top with how first he drew his pistol
