As much as I love your other videos, this one is quite misleading. You're right in the disarming part, but to get there won't ever be so easy (but I believe you know it, just it doesn't fit into an under 3 minutes video).

People forget also that when the shit hits the fan, your lizard brain takes over, fine motor skills have a tendency to depart and you will fail back to your lowest level of training (possibly) so working on stuff till it's second nature is a great idea.
