What a load of rubbish
I assure you, you cannot do that in normal speed (situation) when you both have adrenaline rush and the defender needs to perform several steps to take the knife or subdue the attacker when the attacker has one step and one more hand free to assist the other hand to punch or grab the defender. This is just a fantasy
It's one of the reasonable defense ways i saw.

Attempting empty hand maneuvers, against someone with even basic knife fighting skills.. will get you ☠️☠️☠️..
If you can't escape..you'd better be trained up & prayed up.. cause your chances are still slim to none..🙏🙏
