I think bug out bags are so dumb. Unless it's something that you can actually use in a likely situation. Too many people put everything and the kitchen sink in the bug out bag. Just keep the shit you NEED.

Nutrient survival i tried the Alaska prepper kit a while back in September and they are def the best nutrient dense freeze dried food on markets some may look at this and say that is expensive but not when you compare nutrients to other freeze dried companies such as augason farms which is halted productions for 90 days mountain house, readywise, and others. All are good companies but have nearly zero nutrients in them this is survival food built for LONG TERM STORAGE but also give u nutrients u need in a survival situation if ya out camping or you are in a SHTF scenario its imperative you have heightened focus and ya body is in tip top shape because without good awareness how are ya expected to survive stock up on real food not dead calories. Also has 1 of the longest shelf lifes for their cans clocking in at 25 years. Your body isn't designed to take a VITIMAN PILL ITS DESIGNED TO EAT NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD FROM NATURE.
