Just another UNTRAINED gun owner 🤦
Do self defenders carry with the safety on?
SHUT THAT DANG DOOR.
Wrecked his accuracy, but, if he'd actually hit anything, those pumps prolly added @ least, 50fps…
One of the top lessons I have learned from John is ALWAYS have one chambered. Since I got my CCW I always carry and it’s always ready. Seconds cost lives…
Dont run after them!
Keep your gate shut and locked at all times when your not using it
@1:30🤔 best lesson, if there's two guys on any kind of moped scooter motorcycle in South America, be aware 👀 I Win …
Stand you ground with two hands on the gun !
what if you let them go and they return after a few weeks to take revenge?
This can only be in Brazil, IE: 2 Guys on a bike = "Robbery in Progress". Person shooting gun = "Off Duty Cop". "Off Duty Cop" is aiming to give people the tarmac challenge. Are there any "ON" duty cops in Brazil and are there any pillion bikers who are honest? The answers seem to be NO to both questions. 😀
To answer your question: I think the #1 Lesson is: "Attention buys you Time; Time buys you Options." And no, I don't think that's two answers, but, rather, One Truth. Now to unpause and see what you thought it was.
First of all, if you're going to carry a gun, keep a round chambered. Second, avoid the conflict altogether by locking your gate, if the conflict comes be the first to put shots on, seek cover and don't chase the perps.
It's either you drop to shoot first or you wait for your time .
And if you think you can run faster than your bullet then ignore your gun🙏
lesson Number one:
Always carry your Tools
Lesson Number two:
Dont Chase fleeing fellons
Lesson Number three:
Dont shoot single-handed
He chase them because he shot and missed and he wanted to hit somebody facts
This guy is shooting like Chris from sopranos when they whack Mikey palmice
Don’t chase
Throwing those mike tyson right hook single handed shots
Man his aim is all over the shop lol.
Don't chase after them. 2 reasons, you could be shot. Or worse ,be charged for manslaughter or murder
This looks like its here in The Dominican Republic. Most criminals use this method of transportation for fast exit.
So where's the pinned comment? Huh John?
Once you are no longer the victim but the aggressor, the law is no longer on your side
I started to agree with you John the biggest lesson was to carry your firearm with a round in the chamber. Seeing that he pointed the firearm at himself I'm wondering if he does not have the skills to carry a chambered firearm. He might be a bigger threat to himself with a chambered gun
Always be ready.
Two hands on the gun. Don’t chase fleeing attackers.
1 lesson always have one in the chamber.
Keep that gun chambered
Lesson #1: Bad guys always comes in pairs of two on mopeds in South America and South Africa.
That was totally awesome.
Number one lesson: you win every fight you avoid. He could have pushed the gate closed and gone back inside, locked the doors, and never engaged with these guys.
2 hands on the gun and don’t run after the attackers.
He should have stopped at the alley and stopped firing to consider the possibility of collateral damage to others.
Have a holster and one in the chamber
A good case 'for' having a revolver in the pocket, pull it out and pull the trigger, no racking slides, and safe in the pocket. But, everybody seems to want quantity for the gun fight. Revolvers have their upsides, they can be more reliable and ready in double action mode.
Situational awareness!
No 1- even making so many errors he is still able to protect him and family carrying his weapon on him.
The one armed flailying stance haha
Dude carrying an empty pipe!
Tough one between: follow the rules of firearm safety and don't pursue fleeing felons. Safety is paramount so I'll go with that one.
I do like John's deadpan with giving internet accolades.
I paused the video, I'm guessing he'll start off with saying he should've never chased the perps
After you scare them off DONT pursue!
Close the that stinking gate quickly and get out of there. Then DON'T chase, two hands and a sight pic.
Number one lesson: have a loaded pistol when you need it.
In my opinion the number one issue is he didn't have a round chambered
Stop and aim people
Threat was neutralize secure your domain and your family.
Shouldn't have chased them.
That’s South America 😂
