Practice is not enough we must apply
We learn to pass like the first example and eye jab with the other hand while using footwork to get offline. Just standing still is asking to be cut.
That guy was holding that knife so tenderly, it almost fell out of his hand on it's own !
If only every attacker was going to come in slow motion, in a pre-determined path, not react or adjust to you at all, and be compliant once you engage….this will work every time.
