Rule number one someone attacks you with a knife run away. If you cqnt expect to get cut but control the knife arm and if he switches hands and is experienced use surroundings to throw things or use something long for distance. If your exlerienced then control the arm go for an arm break or groin slap or eye poke and then quickly get away but make sure you disarm to the best of your ability
