1) it's unlikely someone would put a knife on the back (?!) of your neck. Who does this
2) a real attacker would grab you with his leveraging arm while he menaced you with the knife (most likely applying the blade to your throat for maximum intimidation)
If someone is attacking you with a knife he is a crazed mother……r and won't be coming at you all gentle like that. Maybe if we had some believable attacks, we could believe the defenses better.
