I'm becoming increasingly annoyed that it's a given that good people are legally bound to let thugs get away with everything they do. Good people should be free to assume risk and stop their bad guy if they choose to including shooting them in the back when they run with your wallet or car. Thugs should be forced to pay with their lives for the harm they cause. And on the plus side, when they are stopped they won't ever do it again. Thats a good thing.

Love the content. One issue I took with the breakdown in the end, even a minor one, was when we were talking about how we hold law enforcement to the standard of don't go deadly until you SEE a weapon. I don't believe civilians should be held to such a high standard. She didn't apply for and train to defend herself, this guy tried to take advantage of her. Yes I know she could've kicked his ass but with a normal guy and girl this woman would have been in serious trouble potentially. If he tells me he has a gun and tries to put distance between us what is stopping him from blasting her and hopping on his bike? Nothing! So either she goes hands on IMMEDIATELY or she might be signing her own death certificate. This guy clearly values my property more than his life, why should I value it any differently?

In many states you're allowed to shoot someone in your house who's committing a felony. So I believe in those states you can shoot someone stealing your TV so long as they're in your house. I'm surprised Arizona doesn't have that law. If someone is in your house to commit a felony, is there really no expectation that they're willing to commit other felonies? This is classic castle doctrine.
