I recommend looking at the channel fight fast they Have some cool content especially about addressing a fight properly its a life or death matter and that's how it should be treated willing to break bones and necks to get to safety they had a cool video on pushing where you put your hands up and put your hands together as if you were going to catch a football the triangle except your hands over lap then you get into a lunging position with your stronger leg in the back and charging at your opponent trying to get underneath them to push them up and off you

Absorb push with the opening tai Chi Chuan form…adjust distance with a step back, ground your body…. and explode with a rotation…Tai Chi ball. Good vidéo again🌏 timing is IMPORTANT

Deescalate, keep your distance but if a fight is unavoidable, hit to dismantle, maim, and cripple. Beware that if you have a weak, fragile wrst you can actually break your wrist as you punch. So using hammer punches are better, not straight on, use punches with the side of your hand, not the knuckles, something you will also break if your hand isn't trained. Also aim for low punches and punches to the body, liver especially, and side ribs, puches to the side of the rib cage can actually make your opponent's heart stop so beware. Throat and neck punches are effective, next, go for joints and bend them the opposite way. Keep in mind that if your opponent has size and has training, you could end up in the hospital, crippled or dead. Each hit must be highly effective or you will look like two high school girls fighting. Try to make peace and treat the other person with respect, if you do this, a fight may be avoided. People just want to be respected.

I would prefer a Tomoe-Nage using the energy of the agressor. helps me in a lot of situations. The agressor did not expect this and will be hurt seriously, the surprise momentum gives you time to escape

Practicing falling with the head tucked to the chest, actually saved my life years ago. I was always the last out of our work place as I was responsible for locking up. Not sure why but as I was leaving its was cold out and as I ran up to my truck I reached out to grab the door handle and I didn't realize black ice was under my feet. My two feet shot out under me and I hit the pavement hard on my back. I did partially dislocated my left shoulder but my head was tucked to my chest as I hit. It was cold out and I am sure had I been knockout that hypothermia would taken my out permanently. I was able to drive myself to the emergency room where x-rays were taken of my shoulder. It took a few months of band work to heal the ligaments in the shoulder, but I'm still here!

Demos are almost always bullshit, because the demonstrator knows where and when the attack is coming. Bullshido mostly. Just deescalate, and run. It’s not worth your life.
