I don't see how shooting while moving is any different from leading a moving target.
My only question is that the standing target would have a much easier time leading a shot through the car.

I see TWO problems
1- never fire from within moving vehicle. Against every agencies policy
2- using thumbs forward grip?? What happens to the Israeli grip?
