Good Video but let's be clear; what's being explained is not knife-defence, it is knife-attack. If you choose not to run and instead stay to confront the assailant, it is a decent technique to obtain control of the knife. The method used leaves the knife ready to slash the neck. Don't risk a fumble by changing grip for a stabbing attack, drive home a slash across the throat. If the carotid artery is cut, unconsciousness can occur within 5-10 seconds and death shortly after. A stab that does not strike the heart will give the assailant an opportunity to grapple with you and wrestle control of the knife back off of you. Good video but if you don't run be prepared to kill and hope there is security camera/video footage capturing your side of the story. Be safe out there!
All these defense moves only work when an attacker is standing still and letting you do what you want. Get a gun and quit ducking around before you get poked😂
