Yes hooking the legs is the correct thing to do if your off the ground already…id do different things than go to the ground in the other moves because im not a ground fighter…sensei chess.

The problem with these moves is the natural, civilized delay in acting to assess if this is a mistake, a joke, or a friend . The moment people use to assess what is going on, you get slammed. We all stop and think before acting in a civilized society and that makes us vulnerable in those very rare times when it really is an attack.
