My hand to hand combat instructor in the Marines told me that in a 1 on 1 , even if you kill the enemy, chances are that your gonna have injuries that can make you bleed out. Knife fighting is a fool errand.
I really want people to understand that even if you practice “moves” a million times, your brain does some wild $hit when faced with an equally determined killer, for some training goes out the window, others cannot take the pain long enough and end up checking out. Also don’t get a false sense of security believing your teachings will save the day. You never know, you could be defending against someone that has real world experience.
