I walked in on an armed robbery and when he pointed a gun at at meI turned sideways and jumped backwards he shot a hole in the door frame. He seemed stunned by the shot I had a second to sweep the pistol from his hand. I grabbed his wrist and elbow and broke his arm over my knee his bones were sticking out. I kick the gun away. The guy bled a lot. Cops got him.
This guy and all his teaching are genuine.
No chance, try that and you will be shot. End of story
