Martial artists know what trapping is and it has a mixed reputation, some think it’s useful for Self Defense some do not. Here is my take on trapping and why it’s a great set of tools to have in your self defense arsenal.

I think trapping would go well if you mix a little BJJ. Trapping to a certain degree is kind of like grappling.
