BJJ practitioner here. Best not to put BJJ stuff up here unless you are certified and ranked. There was a lot wrong with the execution, setup, angles, and finish :/
Best advice: carry weapons and some form of protection. I carry sprays, gels, and knives. Some wear chain mail armor or mouth pieces. I also walk around with a backpack, that has a plate in it. In all honesty, I deal with aggressive dogs far more than anything else. There are many dangerous, loose ‘weapon dogs’ where I live. By weapon dogs, I mean breeds such as bullies, rotts, dobermans, and the like. So many love and defend dangerous and aggressive dogs, so will always defend their actions and behaviors regardless of how extreme. Many of the grappling techniques open up the practitioners to dangerous attacks like eye gouging and biting.
