PLEASE DON'T TRY THIS
1. You will get stabbed by turning while a knife is on your back.
2. The bad guy still has the knife.. While you throw him.. In this video.
3. Not REALISTIC the bad guy will not just let you do this technique..

This only works if you are faster and stronger then your attacker, AND, they stay still for you.
One thing I've learned over many street fights and training.. Shit never is predictable.. best layed plans can go to hell in half a second.. This is great for theatrics… predicted choreographed fight scenes in movies..
