If she was using its issued gun (the most likely scenario) she shurely had 17 rounds, why?
– gun issued for most police forces is the Bersa Thunder/Thunder Pro/TPR models in 9×19 (17 round mag)
– the sole exception is the Federal District's police, that is issued with Beretta PX4 Storm 9×19(17 round mag)
– Some older policeman still have their "legacy" FM M95 9×19 (an upgraded locally-built version of the Browning Hi-Power with 15 round mag) But i do not think that's the case since the M-95 it is Single Action.
