So in this situation, she never had a good option to draw. But I don't think it is a good idea to be spreading applauding compliance. With as many videos we have seen about robbers just killing people after they get what they want, setting people on fire. There are some cases where you are just screwed, and have to be at the mercy of people. But I hope no one thinks that compliance = safety.
