To be effective under pressure, we need to train deliberately. Training deliberately when it comes to fighting for your life in the face of screaming bullets means practicing positions to get into that still allow you to be offensive with your bullet launcher. Here is how Zee “gets small”, deliberately. Enjoy.

If you do all of the progressions one after another your enemy will not even shoot at you as they will think: wtf is he doing

Very informational video on military firing stances and transitioning from one to another. Im in the Army Reserves at the moment and am going Active after four years. Eventually I want to be a U.S. Army Ranger, and with what I want to do with the Rangers I find this video very helpful

This was informative and hopefully smooth out some of my transitions. I can already see the look on my wife’s face when she finds me practicing in the garage 🤪

Estimated 6 kilograms (13.2 lbs) for
•Kel-Tec RFB @ 8.6 lbs for heavier profile longitudinally fluted 20 inch barrel with, say, EFAB or AFAB (I forget which)
    •U.S. Optics 2.5-20x50mm day scope (1.8 lbs)
    •lightweight mount and rings
    •offset-mounted red dot sight
•whatever sling is hip with the kids these days
    •green laser/IR laser/flashlight combo device
(all four estimated at 1 lb total)
    •Grip-pod (1/2 pound)
•20 round polymer magazine (1/3 pound)
21 rounds of +3 Longbow (20.72 grams per, 435.12 grams)

    That's 13.2 pounds right there.
About the best that I can really hope for regarding loaded weight for a fully kitted Kel-Tec RFB suitable for CQB out to 1.25+ miles with 20 round polymer magazine+1 in the chamber.

    Some sh-t.

what was the toughest thing you did during training as a green Beret. Do Green Berets train to dive like the SEALs do?

Seriously though. When you get shot at you can't get small enough. You might be behind a 5 foot wall that's 10 feet thick and you still can't get small enough when those rounds coming zipping by.
