DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a TACTICS Video. Jason is ONLY showing tips on Foot-work; for Operators that already have mastered the basics of CQB. ****
This week on Tactical Rifleman we get into a little Close Quarters Combat (CQC) tips and techniques. CQC is practiced over the course of all Special Forces careers and endless hours are spent honing these skills as it is sometimes considered the “bread and butter” of the trade. Operators work tirelessly to perfect this craft and breakdown each phase of an assault as to increase their performance from one kinetic operation to the next. In this video, former Navy SEAL and owner of Arion Risk LLC shows us a simple hack to optimize efficiency of movement into a space. Although it may seem like common sense, even the entry through a doorway is thought about and practiced. The way in which an operator initially enters a space is just as important as their action within. An operator has to be on balance through all phases of an entry in order to take a well-placed shot regardless of target position. A simple calculation of foot placement and entry procedures can be the difference between a well-aimed and balanced shot and a miss. The technique shown in this video is a testament to the detail with which Green Berets and SEALs practice their trade. So, listen up! This video will forever change the way that you enter a room and may you never be off balance again.

Thank you for your service! But why in the world are you exposing all our elite force's methods and expertise for all our enemies to master?
Kurang Dari usd1000 dlm akaun forex dulu.. betul2 tertekan dah masa tu..
Damn hard to be the victor in such tight quarters, where there is no quarter.
Youtube was like: You need to learn this my guy i don't why.
thats cool and all, i would still rather have a fire team.
Damn , looks i scrolled way to much that the Youtube algorithm is actually recommending me such content at 3 am😳😳
Next time try to demonstrate what you teach…
😂😂 the dog made it into the video and also what do you do if there are not one but multiple people ready to aim at you when you turn to that corner?? And lastly 😂😂this guy says stay violent😂😂 that's the best line.
I played some games in the past and have no idea about real life cqc. But why would you not lean in the peak with just your rifle. As to not expose your whole body?
This is comical! You talk about clearing a room like a SEAL while wearing the Nous Defions symbol (Special Forces CT) on your tshirt. Do you guys ever do anything original?
Military capabilities come from Civilian experts/fighters and tacticians.
Meanwhile, the actual seals and SAS are not making YouTube videos.
✅️👍👏👏👏
fps players be like: just jump peak it what are they gonna do, shoot while moving?
For those who say he is giving secrets to the enemy. lol I am sure the enemy can figure out how to basically walk around a corner
great movie
This is how violent Gestapo gangs around the world do home invasions of innocent people who are driven to desperation. Hell is full of you militarized government thugs.
Hello from Brazil!!
another rambo talking shit
Did he just pick up a fucking dog-
I liked your gun sir. Keep safe firing sir,
He obviously never played Socom.
Navy Seals are cool. Respect to those who serve. But I took a different route and went to college. Both People that went to the Military and College are all under the same element and both deserves the same privilege and respect. The only difference is they both took two completely different routes and that is all. So yeah, respect to those who goes to the Military and/or College.
Fantastic segment!
when a navy seal needs to clear a room, he calls the Army Rangers.
Oh theres PLENTY Jason AINT showing 😉 thank you for your service bro – from a vet.
What he should have did was slide cancel jump into the open to get peek advantage on the enemy. I do it in call of duty all the time
Learned from who…. The SAS 😂
Are these the ones who came to take the BASIC jungle course in the Amazon and couldn't last 3 days? Did they have to take the BASIC BASICS course to avoid being embarrassed? ahahahahahahaahahahahahah only in movies, even if it's good
bad guys watching this:
"When i hear footsteps. Im gonna aim for the toes".
You frag unclear rooms?! What if there are civilians or families?!
4:00 you're disqualified. flagged your cameraman intentionally. Use airsoft or sim.
and you are dead…if you make that this way
When he flags the fuck out of the camera man on a live fire exercise, its okay, he knows the camera man never dies😂
just press "A D A D" until you cleared it
I guess relying on looking for any shadows wouldn't help here
First off, thank you for your service. Second, I know this is just a video on stepping tactics, but I could tell just how smoothly you move that was probably, 25% speed? If that. This is such a minor tactic thing to think about its insane to me that you guys have the time to perfect even the tiniest things like stepping tactics. Goes to show how well trained the elite forces really are.
I'm sorry, but this is BS.
I find it hard to believe that the Navy seals clear a room that way. Your are totaly expose when you do that step over the corner.
You provied equal chance for you and your enemy to hit each other, even more for the enemy if he is beyond some shalter.
You should switch legs and work with your hips and shoulders to expose your body as minium as posible while you still able to see your target and maintain shoting ability.
Don’t like, this way you get hit with many shots before you can see it
Jesus Christ is returning soon everyone!
He died for our sins and was buried and then rose from the dead on the third day because He love us so much.
Whoever believe in Him as Lord and Savior will be saved.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Also, I'd add stuff like stay off the wall, rounds like to travel along the wall, you don't need that.
No one talking about the dog is hurting me 🤣 that shit caught me so off guard, so casual
It's easy enough to install (*Redacted*) so that you can see through the walls, revealing your opponents as wireframes & … Oh wait, this isn't a game?
I'm no military personnel or former military personnel. But when you turn that corner with your gun down for a second.. Wouldn't it be better to be slightly away from the corner so you can have your gun ready and up at all times when you DO turn around that corner? I know it only makes a second difference but that one second difference can mean life and death no? Again, I have no experience with the military but I was just wondering why you have to have your gun down a sec to turn that corner (I know so you don't tap your gun on the wall.. but why not slightly be away from the corner edge when turning so you keep your gun up at all times?)
The foot work he uses here is similar to Kenpo karate's 'C' pattern
