    Nice demonstration of structure, (one of the things I like about Wing Chun). Straight line from center of mass to point of impact to rear leg. F = dp/dt is the impact (impulse) of a punch. Angle is not part of that, however, for a hook, L = mvr (angular momentum is mass x velocity x radius of rotation), so F = d(L/r)/dt. More mass rotating, faster rotation, shorter radius means more force at point of impact. The structural part is about transfer of force and momentum. That's it. Cheers

    Inverted fist/upper cut for the body. Vertical fist at solar plexus level, horizontal, or 3/4 rotation for high punch. Wing Chung's use of the last two knuckles structurally unsound.
