Moral of the story is if you’re actively fighting or resisting the officer from placing U in cuffs YOU ARE RESISTING!!! And once U TAKE A TASER from the Cop U just escalated it to a Life and Death situation.. 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

If one of the play by play announcers would have helped the officers by sitting on the guys legs , situation Could have been avoided. Race played a part in that.

Resisting arrest and fighting, taser deployed with no effect and then suspect grabs the taser and the officer is wore out . Justified shooting 100%
Look at the body language, from the beginning he gets out and is standing in a defensive stance, doesn't comply, resists arrests, takes his tazer all he had left was his gun. Fight for survival in my opinion. Took a life to save his life.
Not complying to the officers commands IS resisting arrest! Over powering an officers strength is resisting. TAKING an officers gun or tazer IS a death sentence. Perp was drunk, resisted arrest and took his tazer NOT controversial.

We have to remember all of the circumstances. The victim had his hand on the taser, which if he gained full control could lead to the officer being completely defenseless against a non compliant suspect. The guy standing there filming yelling at the officer to stop and carrying on, im sure made the cop feel uneasy and out numbered. There is only so many times an officer should have to yell stop while fighting with someone (who is clearly trying to gain possession of a taser), before he has to use lethal force. I dont agree with the officer shooting him in the head. Maybe he could have tried the hand, or somewhere where the guy atleast stood a chance. Im sure the officer was running out of steam at this point too, which made him more afraid the tables could turn quickly. The situation could have been handled differently by BOTH parties. It's very sad for both of their families, and i hope both of these men are at peace.
