You get off work and had a crap day. You are going to grab some food and sleep it off. Then you hear this noise you heard in the past that is preventing that valuable reset time. BAM your last thread of sanity now snapped.
As a renter i am VERY aware of my noise and the time of day. I have a decent sound system but am very careful about the volume and when I use it. I grew up with siblings who would try to listen to music while I'm trying to sleep. The anger is real…….these people are still WRONG

Anger is no reason to brandish a firearm. Thats why i think everybody should be taught basic self defense. Use your fists if you have to. The gun isnt always the answer.

Have to control the kids when leaving in apartments, especially when you live upstairs respect the people who live around you, cops were called and complaints were made and still nothing was done. I’ve had the same issue with a lady who lets just say looked really lazy and let the kids run around like they live in a house, may I remind you there is a place they can do that it’s called “OUTSIDE”. My Advice is if the management are too damn ignorant and only care about collecting your money,leave ASAP make a complaint on why you’ll never recommend or come back to a garbage complex. Next appointment complex you go to explain on why you want a 3rd floor or see what the policy says about noise complaints such as this. Then make the decision wisely or you’ll end up doing something you’ll regret like these humans did.
It always blows my mind when individuals living in apartments take every noise they hear as a slight or a personal attack instead of the person just living their life just like them. It doesn’t matter if the person lives above or below, everyone complains as if they’re being personally attacked. I’ve lived in apartments before and dorms both on the bottom floor and the top floor and you can hear everything just the same from your neighbors. Never took it personal. Just understood that the buildings were made as cheaply as possible and no one is actively trying to get under my skin. I feel that if everyone changed their mind set and stopped being a perpetual victim all the time, things would be easier for them and their living situation because just as much as you hear your neighbor, they hear you.
