1½ out of 5 kill ratio and a couple of free bikes is probably a decent day as a self-defender in Brazil. But seeing as robbers starts riding in packs like this more frequently, it would be wise even for off-duty cops to at least travel in pairs at all times (in this case on separate bikes, obviously) to even out the odds and hopefully put even more violent criminals down permanently.

It's sad here in America if this was the video tape today the police officer would be fired because he slapped the criminal around the criminal would probably sue the police department and become a millionaire and they would build a statue in his honor. But this is exactly the kind of stuff that criminals need. Let them know if they're going to break the law if they're going to go out and do stupid stuff like this they are going to be handled roughly they're not going to baby them around you're probably going to get kicked around you might get slapped in the face you might get shot. It is important to train an uncomfortable positions how to use your firearm I know most people don't do it but it is essential expect to be in the most uncomfortable position when you draw your weapon
