I read the DA sent this to the grand jury as a capital crime. I am not so sure THAT is going to happen. I mean how in the world is this a capital crime? Also, the suspects here were in the country illegally, the shooter was actually 17 and when he was arrested he had a kilo of meth on him. The shooter was going to be paid $40,000 if he successfully kidnapped the doctor. On another note, the witch doctor is still in business and is seeking new clients.
