Perhaps more training and carry more ammo. You never know what might happen at any given moment. Root Beer float one minute and a shit sandwich the next. God Bless em". Thanks for another interesting video.

These officers need to dig their heads out of their ass that one officer could have braced his gun on the corner of a chain link fence that telephone pole or on the hood of that patrol car Brace on something slow down your trigger finger and take well-aimed shots instead of just spraying and praying

As soon as I saw the title I knew the cop was gonna be using a P320 and look at that I was right! Not his fault. I’ve seen several 320s randomly vomit out mags during competitions

That sounds like a warzone. Im so glad i live in a country where guns are not the norm. I'll put human lives before the right to own a gun any day of the week. Lots of countries have armed police but not the gun crime of the states or the school shootings. When is 1 +1 going to make 2? Stop making guns so readily available to joe public and i know the 2nd ammendment blah, blah, blah id rather a society without guns trained officers different story.

You Americans need help. Omgsh, if you live in America don’t listen to any politician that says don’t have a gun. In fact don’t have one have 2 or 5. This is crazy.

Why didn't they bring out a long gun early on? Those shots are so far away for a hand gun.

Benny's trying to shoot at the man while he's running. Stop then shoot. One of these officers are shooting at the guy while he's taking a car from somebody else while the guy is standing next to his car. Why are they shooting at the car while this innocent soul is standing next to it?

This reminds me so much of bayonet training. In case you've never been to bed at training. It goes like this. The sergeant steps up and says you guys are going to learn bayonet fighting. Rule number one.
Never ever run out of ammo.
Class dismissed. I wonder how much training this guy ever did with the gloves he's wearing on his hands when he was shooting? It also reiterates to me exactly why you don't use a 9 mm. You are able to shoot faster than you're able to think. Not only is a 40 caliber a better caliber shot-for-shot, by at least 25%. When I was training Michigan State Police when they transition from revolvers to semi-autos. Shots in the air will not suffocate the intended target. I literally had to share titius Lee load two rounds into some magazines and load them into their firearm so that they could do a response real where I would turn the silhouette towards them and they had a certain amount of time to stop the target at least get a anatomically significant hit. I only ever found one of them that would hit the target within the first two shots. Every one of them complained that that's why I'm buying a 9 mm because it carries more ammo. That is not the reason why you should be carrying a 9 mm. Each and every shot is important. You don't carry a 9 mm just because you're going to need the extra ammo because of 9 mm is a wimpy load. That has always taught me over 30 years ago now. That the 9 mm is not the load to carry. MO is better than it used to be, it still does not compare on a shot-to-shot basis with a 40 Smith. If I can carry 14 rounds of 40 Smith and a gun that can carry 16 rounds of 9 mm. I will carry a 40 Smith every goddamn time. Especially considering I do work where I don't have two or three other people to help return fire. I am almost always on my own when I have to defend others in my particular profession. And I'm only doing that part-time now I'm getting up in age. I've been teaching this shit since 1970. And I still don't understand the 9 mm idea. I think it's a feel-good back to shit that yeah I can carry a bunch of ammo. But all it does is make these guys shoot so fast oh, it's like listening to somebody who talks faster than they can think they often say things they haven't thought of.

I used to think Houston PD had nothing on LA PD, NY PD, and Chicago PD, but not so much now. HPD has some of the most outstanding officers in the country and world.

This cop wasn't properly trained! He was lost between loading and unloading! And some standing while firing makes you a full target! They're just shooting without a chance of hitting the perp! Wasting bullets!

Absolutely unconscionable to entertain a gun fight in the middle of a neighborhood with apartments and cars full of people, families and kids. The backstops are all innocent bystanders. Why not let the perp get away instead of showering an entire neighborhood with bullets. You will get the guy anyway in less endangering circumstances. John I usually agree with you but the topic of this episode should not be magazine littering but completely irresponsible officer behavior.

I've had issues with an extended mag well. It took me a bit to get used to pressing it in with my thumb until I got an extender. Using an aftermarket mag was horrible because with some you really have to slap the mag in there. After the officer dropped to mags I could tell his confidence in his weapon dropped. He had to check twice to make sure.

not worried about dropped clips, more worried about live bullets flying all around the neighborhood without a solid hit.
