*he wears 5 eleven from the px.
Thank you I got some work to do
how tactical is that belly, bro?
This is how I know this is no bueno. The guy said "in a scuffle" you won't be able to drive your thing straight to the knife…. At the same time he pulled the knife up to the "tabletop position" by gently flipping it up into his hand momentarily losing contact with it.
Nope. Nope. He's never put that under stress testing.
Problem here is: it's too late. If you've gotten into a position where you think you need your blade and you didn't ALREADY stage it in your hand like a roll of quarters, you're going to fumble getting it. Too late, Jimmy, now you're going to get gutted.
Be aware of your surroundings, have the knife ready if you think you'll need it, when the time comes rip off like a sewing machine hi and low.
How to tell if someone has never been in a knife fight before
1. They recommend using a knife for self defense over their gun
Is this satire?
My CQR pants have a pocket made to hold the clip on my knife so my folders dont shift. However i carry fixed blades on my belt for the potential i may have to use them in a defenseive maner. Along with a sidearm
Methodical, practical, effective. Thanks TR!
I donβt take advice from overweight people
Maybeeee, don't wear 5.11 pants. I wear Wrangler cargo pants and I've never had my knife shift.
Knife is for utility work. If you want to have a knife for self defense, probably best to look at the Clinch Pick from Shivworks, and then look to Shivworks for training.
Lol
6, one, half dozen, the other
You need more time on the treadmill buddy.
they make clips for knives now days. they are pretty kool. they will attach to your packet and stay there. just another tip from your uncle B..someone should tell this guy about them.
πππ€£πππ€£πππ€£to much stuff to think about and go wrong, just get a knife on your belt sideways on your back
I carry a folder for utility and a Splinter fixed blade on my belt concealed easy to get to and deploy
Pocket clip for the win.
These are actually really good to remind us of full videos we have already watched. Hope it leads people to search the archives.
Simple solution: Six inch fixed blade in a sheath.
I have many hours training in defensive folding knife. Twice in training, I've had my knife knocked out of my hand. That's why I carry a folder in each of my front pants pockets.
Fixed blade is faster
Great Chad video! Super useful and important to know!ππππ»
